Raymond Ward

Raymond Ward, 69, of Malvern passed away December 8, 2014. Raymond was born March 22, 1945 in Curtis, AR to Kash and Ora Ward. Raymond loved to tell jokes. He was stubborn, a fighter, and always stood up for himself. He loved to fish and he loved his movies; his favorite show was Bro. Gaithers. Raymond was also a sharpshooter while serving our country during his time in the Army.
Raymond is predeceased by his parents; two brothers; one sister; and his girlfriend, Jeanette Dodson.
Raymond is survived by two sons, James Ward of Kingsland, AR and Carl (Ericka) Ward of Malvern; two daughters, Vicki Ward-Galloway of Malvern and DeVonna (Jason) Robertson of OR; best friend, Harlon Tolleson of Malvern; seven grandchildren, Josh, Alex, Cierra, Angela, Courtney, Jacob, and Sarah; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Atkinson Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Macedonia Cemetery.
